Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-21 • Version 1.0

Zeeria is a privacy-conscious DeFi protocol. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • On-chain wallet address: when you sign in or transact, your public wallet address is visible on-chain by design.
  • Privy-managed identifiers: if you sign in via email, Google, or Apple, Privy stores an association between that identifier and the embedded wallet it created for you. Consult Privy's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Server logs: our web server retains the last 7 days of access logs (IP, timestamp, URL, user-agent) for operational and security purposes.
  • Aggregate analytics: cookieless, self-hosted. We measure page visits and core flow usage but never link the data to a specific user or wallet.

2. What we don't collect

  • Names, addresses, phone numbers, or other PII beyond what Privy retains.
  • Trading behavior on other platforms.
  • Device fingerprints, cross-site tracking cookies, or advertising identifiers.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the session to function (e.g. Privy auth token). No advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

  • Privy — wallet creation and authentication.
  • Alchemy — Ethereum RPC endpoints (public interactions only).
  • Cloudflare — CDN, WAF, and DDoS protection.
  • Basescan — transaction verification links.

5. Your rights

You can disconnect your wallet and revoke app permissions at any time from your Privy account settings. You can also request deletion of your Privy account at privy.io/account. On-chain data cannot be deleted — it is a permanent public ledger by nature.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, strict Content Security Policy, secure cookies, regular dependency updates. Our smart contracts follow best-practice security patterns (ReentrancyGuard, SafeERC20, Timelock on admin).

7. Data controller & contact

The data controller is Intermo PSP FZCO, a UAE free-zone company registered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC licence DMCC203932). Privacy questions: [email protected].
